(San Francisco, CA) -- The Hudson Valley and Catskills are considered among the top places to visit next year, according to Airbnb.
The hospitality company has put the region on its list of 19 top trending destinations for 2019, with a 100-percent year-over-year increase in bookings and a 130-percent surge in searches. This not only reflects the overall growing popularity of the area but also the likelihood that next year's Woodstock 50th anniversary festival will draw a number of music fans to the region.
Only one other American destination, the Smoky Mountains, made the list.
