(Albany, NY) -- A Dutchess County man is facing vehicular manslaughter charges in connection with a fatal crash on Interstate 90 in the Town of East Greenbush on Saturday afternoon.
State Police say it started when 23-year-old August Rice of Rexford, NY hit a car while driving on I-90 East. The impact sent that vehicle into the path of another vehicle driven west by 41-year-old Rex Tucker-Moss of Poughquag. According to investigators, both Rice and Tucker-Moss were intoxicated. Police say Tucker-Moss also had two children in his vehicle.
Both men are now facing D-W-I and vehicular manslaughter charges. Police haven't released the name of the person killed.
