Metro North Reduces Service To Dutchess

Last night Metro-North suspended service on the Hudson, Harlem and New Haven lines.

Throughout the service area trees fell on Metro North's tracks, and it's not immediately clear when full service will be restored. The commuter railroad that serves Dutchess and Orange counties is reporting that it expects to operate on a reduced schedule, which carries 55% capacity of weekday ridership.  Customers should expect extremely crowded conditions and delays due to the residual effects of the storm.
