(Tarrytown, NY) -- The Mario Cuomo/Tappan Zee Bridge was shut-down in both directions this morning because of a lot of accidents.
There were at least 20 vehicles involved in multiple crashes this morning all on the Rockland bound side. One involved a jackknifed tractor trailer while another had one vehicle on top of another with a person trapped. Some drivers were stuck in traffic for more than two hours.
