No Wine In Dutchess & Ulster Churches

The Archdiocese of New York is calling for a temporary halt of drinking wine during communion at Catholic Mass in churches in Dutchess, Ulster and the other affected counties.

Diocese leaders say they want to protect parishioners from the flu epidemic.  News 12 reports they are recommending that members not make physical contact with those who are sick during the offering at Mass.
