The Apple Pie Bakery Café reopened this week at the Culinary Institute in Hyde Park.
After 18 years the café had been closed as it underwent a complete re-design. “The new layout includes a separate dining area with table service, along with an expanded and easier-to-navigate separate take-out and grab to go section.” The café’s kitchen and service lines have also been expanded. The décor was updated to create a brighter open space.
