A New York City man is in the Dutchess County Jail after he allegedly used a metal pipe to threaten a security guard at the WalMart Store in Fishkill.
State Police from the Wappinger barracks say 22 year old Rasheem Grant initiated the dispute and then struck the guard several times before threatening him with the pipe. Responding officers captured Grant as he was fleeing the scene.
