A 70 year old Poughkeepsie man is facing murder charges after a woman was found shot to death at the Pleasant Valley Trout and Game Club.
According to the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office Rosario Curcio is charged with 2nd degree murder in the death yesterday of 56 year old Lana Florio of Poughkeepsie. She suffered a gunshot wound to the head and was pronounced dead at the club on Salt Point Turnpike. The Sheriff’s Office says Curcio and Florio were known to each other and there was never a threat to public safety.
