At Kingston Point Wednesday several people were threatened by a man with a shotgun during an altercation near the softball fields.
Kingston Police officers quickly located two Saugerties men and took them into custody. Police say 26 year old Tyler Swart was in possession of a loaded 12 gauge shotgun.
Swart is facing charges of: Possession of a Weapon in the 3rd and 4th Degrees, Menancing, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. 26 year old Christopher Rogers was charged with DWI.
